Jinsha Legacy: The Horse Reigns

Jinsha Legacy: The Horse Reigns is a 2 meter collaborative canvas by Sichuan Artist Yi Nan and Canadian Artist Matt Vegh. The two have collaboared on a number of both physical and digital art projects for over 20 years in Chengdu. This large canvas is one of only three paintings authorized by the Jinsha Museum to contain the Nationally-protected symbol of intangible cultural heritage; the Golden Sunbird. It was created for and first exhibited at Matt Vegh's Zodiac Legacy Exhibition held at the luxurious 5 Star Mu Mian International Award Winning Boutique Hotel. It is not currently for sale as any potential sale must be approved by the Museum with a 30 day notice and Matt Vegh has not decided if he will even sell such a piece until an appropriate opportunity arises in the future or perhaps the piece will eventually go into the Museum's permanent collection, which is undetermined at this time. Those wishing to make serious inquiries may contact the artist.
