Dragon Boat

Dragon Boat is considered one of Matt Vegh's quintessential inkwash paper Masterpieces. A unique construct in Abstract Portalism: a methodology created by Matt Vegh in his Chengdu studio and which very well may be the only new House of Painting since the Great War. Originally, Matt Vegh wanted to keep this piece in his own collection and did so for over a year's time. However, he finally chose to allow it to be sent to a private collector in Germany in early 2025, where it now resides. That collector owns several of Matt Vegh's works.
