40x50 cm overall piece with 565 oil and metallic acrylic layered ink wash Mosaic tiles, hand-selected, hand-cut, hand-trimmed and hand-laid on panel, with Gold Leaf accent
This is (so far) the ONLY Mosaic Buddha Head piece of the Buddha Head pieces by the artist Matt Vegh. They are very time-consuming works of art. This work was acquired by a repeat collector literally within 11 minutes of posting it on WeChat. WeChat and Chinese social media continue to play a major role in the sales of Matt Vegh's artwork.
