This painting was Matt Vegh's 73rd original work of art sold in 2021 and his 463rd original work of art sold since early 2017. At the time of sale, it was one of the last remaining available works from his Vintage Collection that he painted and exhibited at the historic Mont St. Clare building overlooking the Mississippi River in Iowa. The buyer was a Hotel Owner in Chengdu, who is a repeat collector of Matt Vegh's work. She also purchased the vintage items pictured here from Matt Vegh's studio gallery, which also sells vintage collectibles.

The sister painting to this one is in the home of a well-known collector from the Quad Cities area in Iowa.
