There’s a little nip in the air this mornin’....
I’ve got a fresh pot of coffee goin’ while I get the smoker ready for this Memorial Day weekend. There is just somethin’ so special about the smell of mesquite wood catchin’ fire while the world is still quiet and the dew is on the grass. All the grown kids are headin’ this way soon, and my heart is already full thinkin’ about the house being loud with all that love and laughter again.
Once we’ve all had our fill of brisket and fixin’s, who knows? We might just hop in the Jeeps and head down to the river to wash the dust off and watch the sunset. It’s all about keepin’ that good karma flowin’ and holdin’ your tribe close. Have yourself an awesome weekend and Hook ’em, y’all!
