What's is your life truly worth?
Is your confidence fluctuating based on external actions or sabotaged from within?
Take 10 minutes with a piece of paper and pen. Write down the first thing that comes to mind with each question:
- Am I happy?
- List the reasons whether yes or no.
- Do those reasons add value to your life?
- When you die, how will people remember you?
- If you're unsatisfied with responses so far, what will you change to improve?
- Who do you consider your "community"?
- List two people you can call that aren't family that will answer or call back if busy.
- What is one place that brings you joy when you visit?
- What's one kind thing you can do to help someone today?
The world is equally terrifying and beautiful. So little is in our control, yet we have so much power to shape our world.
