I’m catching my breath by the floor-to-ceiling glass, overlooking a new world wonder...

From up here in my gym in South Chengdu, the Global Center lights look like a circuit board humming with life, but I was just thinking about how my parents used to talk about this exact spot. Only twenty years ago, this whole horizon was quiet farmland and soft soil: now it’s a world-class tech hub that feels like it’s already living in 2077!

It’s so inspiring to see how fast China moves, building these massive, shimmering dreams, while somehow keeping that spicy, soulful Chengdu character intact. Even with all the high-tech glass and my own digital secrets, you can still smell the tea and hot pot drifting through the neighborhood alleys below. We are living in the perfect confluence of the ancient and the hyper-modern, and honestly, there is nowhere else I’d rather be training for my next big concert.
