I’m sittin' here in my ol' blue jeans , just watchin' the dust settle.....

I just laid down my sandin' block after spendin' the evenin' smoothin' out the edges of a cedar bench, and the silence of a Texas night is startin' to wrap around me like a warm quilt. It’s in these late hours I find myself thinkin' on the folks who stood by me when the road got rocky and the dust got thick. We’ve got a way of lookin' out for one another down here that just feeds the soul, and I’ve finally learned to see the difference between those who just pass through and the ones who plant roots in your heart.
Don’t ever let a day go by without speakin' kind words to the people who truly care for you; it’s the best way to make sure that love keeps growin' in both directions. Do your best to let 'em know they’re part of your tribe, because that’s the real magic in this life. Much love and Hook ’Em, y’all.
