Frequently asked

Pricing without ambiguity.

Why is there a paid Blueprint?

Complex projects fail when the audience, sources, rights, review path, and deployment assumptions remain vague. The Blueprint turns those unknowns into a representative prototype and credible implementation scope. It also creates a useful artifact even if the full build does not proceed.

Why not offer a CAD $3,500 full custom persona?

A responsible commissioned persona includes source preparation, interaction design, evaluation, review, and deployment work. CAD $3,500 can support a constrained audit or prototype, but would usually underprice a credible full delivery.

How are payments structured?

The standard structure is 50% to begin and 50% at approved launch. Institutional procurement, grant, milestone, or multi-phase requirements may require a different schedule.

Are consumer subscriptions included?

Studio services are separate from Eternal Gardens individual plans. A commissioned project may include platform access or ongoing workspace seats when they are part of the agreed delivery.

Do you guarantee funding eligibility?

No. EG can support a partner's project definition and technical proposal, but applicant eligibility, program interpretation, procurement, and funding decisions belong to the relevant organization and funder.
